Dropping Your Film At The Lab For Processing
This guide is for people who have ordered film processing from us, or are planning to, and want to know more about dropping it off with us at the lab.
1. Come and see us!
Firstly, check our opening times. You can see these on the front page of our website or Google/Google Maps. Then pop on down at a time that's convenient for you.

2. Use our dropbox(es).
If you don't fancy seeing us (we do love a good chat though), or our opening times simply don't work great for you, then you can take advantage of our dropbox(es), and you can drop your film off in one of these.
We have one available on the outside of our building which is accessible 7 days a week, approx. 8am - 8pm.

We also have another dropbox available at Blind Owl Coffee, where you can either pop in for a coffee and a pastry (if you get there quick enough) or you can pop it through their letterbox if they're closed. We collect from Blind Owl once a week on a Thursday morning.
If you are planning on dropping your film order in any one of our dropboxes, we ask that you please package it up as securely as possible and make sure your order number is written clearly on your order.
Your order number is the number on your order confirmation email/confirmation page that begins with #J (eg. #J3415).

3. That's it!
Once we've checked your order in it will be added to the queue for processing.
Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link to download your scans from Dropbox (if you've ordered them), and then your negatives will either be available for collection at the lab, shipped back to you, or recycled, depending on which option you've selected at checkout.

We commit to keeping hold of your negatives for at least two months. If you've opted for collection, and would instead like them recycled or shipped back to you, please get in touch with us and we can arrange that for you.
